Ryan Chitwood, owner of Bristlewood Roofing and Siding, was excellent to work with from start to finish. From the moment I reached out for an estimate, he was quick to respond, polite, and thorough. He did not try to upsell or suggest I do repair work that wasn't necessary. He provided clear details about the condition of my roof and what he recommended. They completed the repairs on time and with very little disruption to residents of the property. The cost was fair and the invoice process was prompt. Ryan was responsive, professional, and kind throughout and I highly recommend his company. I intend to use them again as needed and have already referred them to others due to our positive experience with the Bristlewood team.

We had multiple types of work done that involved the roof, chimney, attic, and some fascia board. Rick Clark worked with us to ensure that all the work was done with high quality. The price was very reasonable, and Rick was great to work with. We highly recommend Bristlewood and, especially, Rick!

We recently had our shed roof replaced, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He was very punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would, which I truly appreciated.The quality of the work was excellent, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the installation, but he also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward—leaving the area looking better than before.On top of that, he was extremely polite and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done.
