We've used Bristlewood Roofing twice, for shingles that blew off in a strong storm this spring and for water stains on our living room ceiling last week. They were professional, thorough, and gave us photos and detailed information about our roof damage. They also told us what kind of weather was likely to damage the roof. We were very impressed with the service and felt confident they'd given us the repairs we needed. Bristlewood has earned our trust. They're our roof company now, and we'll be referring them to anyone who asks for help assessing, repairing, or replacing a roof.

Curtis was amazing getting our roof replaced and all other aspects of the job needing done. He worked directly with our insurance. The crew was superior in quality of work done, polite and a complete cleanup when done. 5* service.

Thanks to Bristlewood for helping me fix a leaking roof and being extremely professional and responsive in helping me deal with my insurance company. The initial meeting with Monica and Roy set the tone for trusting that they did have my interests in mind! Together, Monica and Roy spent 2 hours at my home during our initial meeting. Roy thoroughly inspected my roof and attic area trying to identify the leak. Meanwhile, Monica was detailing what options were available with working with insurance as well as describing the benefits of working with Bristlewood. Throughout the process, Monica and Roy did what they said they would do: prompt for every meeting, helped me communicate with my insurance company, respond to calls or texts promptly, and were always so pleasant! I highly recommend Bristlewood Roofing and Remodeling and I will be sure to contact them 1st if I need their services in the future.

He was very helpful and professional in explaining the problem and different aspects of our roof. He fixed the minor issue free of charge which was very unexpected and appreciated. My daughter-in-law did some research on the best local roofing companies and I gladly took her advice on who to go with! From my first interaction with Bristlewood, I encountered Monica who is the epitome of customer focus. You'll not find anyone better at addressing and resolving your needs and questions. She is hands-on, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable about their products and applications, friendly, kind, transparent and funny. She worked tirelessly on my behalf. Once we were approved by insurance, we moved forward with installation. The team arrived on time as expected. Worked quickly and seamlessly. They were extremely careful not to leave nails or materials around, and when they were done, all I had to focus on was an amazing, beautiful new roof! They even carefully removed my garden lights and replaced them right back after they were done! Excellent attention to detail! You would hardly even know they were here working an entire day. They addressed all of my concerns, and even brought forward some of their concerns, which they also addressed. The costs were clearly laid out, no surprises at all. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Overall, an amazing experience. I trust Bristlewood to do my future repairs and maintenance, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, honest local Roofing company. Ten stars! :)

We had some shingles that blew off during a storm a few weeks back. They came out immediately and put a tarp over the missing shingles and they worked with out insurance company to get the roof replaced. The installers came out early on a Sunday and finished the whole roof in 1 day. Our new roof looks amazing. Monica has been a pleasure to work with. Roy the crew leader has been great and David the installers leader was on point.

We could not be more pleased with the quality and service provided by Bristlewood. Whereas many contractors lack in customer service, Bristlewood proactively communicated throughout the entire process and happily addressed any follow-up items we had. We would highly recommend them!

Carrie was amazing throughout the whole process. She was able to explain things to me in a way that i understood them. The team was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left after the job was done. I am very pleased with the outcome of my roof, i would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof/roof repair!

I had some siding that needed fixed and they were able to come out and fix it right away. While they were here they also inspected my roof since we just had a real windy weekend. They didn’t find anything wrong but it was good knowing I had peace of mind that the roof was good. No pressure to do anything. They listened to what I was wanting to do.

We worked with Cody and Carrie and they were PHENOMENAL! We had a terrible time getting Nationwide to do anything, they dragged their feet sending us our checks to get the project started, sent them multiple times to the wrong address, adjusted would disappear and ghost us for weeks on end; absolutely the worst insurance company for a claim. Through all of that though, Cody was consistent with keeping us updated about his crews schedule, when he would be out to do different things, when supplies would be delivered, etc. He was always available to answer questions and brought a level of professionalism to the table that is seldom seen these days from companies. We were blown away! When Carrie brought the contract out for us to sign on our roof and siding projects our son talked her ear off about dinosaurs and she was incredibly sweet and talked with him while we signed everything. A week later, she brought out a dinosaur mask she thought that he would like just because of how excited he was talking to her while she was here. It was a really unexpected and kind gesture that speaks volumes for the level of compassion and attention that everyone at Bristlewood showed to us throughout the projects that they did for us. Our roof and siding look fantastic and we really cannot say enough about what an amazing team of individuals they have here. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Bristlewood Roofing and Remodling is top notch! Carrie responded to my inquiry for inspection after wind damage to our roof quickly and throughout the process kept us updated through every step. She handled everything with insurance once we filed the claim and had the job scheduled asap! Cody and his team completed the work lightning fast and the quality is top notch! I could not believe how quickly I’d was completed and the finished product was amazing. You cannot go wrong with this company I would recommend to anyone in need of any roofing or remodeling needs!

These guys were quick, prompt, and thorough. Cody & Ryan walked me through the whole process and kept in contact to ensure everything was proceeding apace. The biggest issue I had was some of my garden flowers ended up dying because of the debris, but Cody made that right. I would definitely use Bristlewood again!

Ryan and his crew did a great job replacing our old roof! The crew showed up on time and cleaned up the mess very well. We chose Bristlewood not only for the competitive price but also because they use high quality shingles. Our new roof looks beautiful! Super nice to work with and great communication. They also removed an old satellite dish and trimmed my tree. I highly recommend them!

Much surprised to find a company (Bristlewood Roofing & Remodeling) totally organized to get the roofing done without delays! The company had the materials dropped off the day before the scheduled roofing! Workers arrived as scheduled 7 A.M. sharp.They worked consistently stopping only for lunch they brought. On completion-the workers used the typical nail finder rollers- then on their knees to assure all nails and roofing debris was removed. As it got dark, I noticed lights in the yard! They EVEN had lights on their head finishing for 45 minutes! Oh, my roof looks AMAZING! Job Well done!!! Happy Customer, Janet Webb
