As a Cincinnati native, he’s been engrossed in the construction field since he was a child and worked for several construction companies around Columbus before opening his own in 2017. Ryan and his team have since worked with several hundred families in Central Ohio to achieve their dreams of adding safety and value to their most personal and greatest investment of all - their homes. As a homeowner, he understands the burdens that come with owning property, and how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy contractor. Curtis Vaughan has spent his last 20 years in the service industry, with 7 of those years in sales. Driven by the love of his family and his desire to help others, Curtis enjoys serving his community and working with people. His motivation to learn and grow, along with his enthusiasm, is showcased in his work. As an Ohio native and alum of The Ohio State University, Benjamin Kerns loves his community and has been serving it through his career in the home improvement field for over half a decade. Much of his career has been spent in sales and social work, giving him the skills required to advocate for, and serve, homeowners. Ben takes pride in his work and has had a profound effect on the culture of our company.
Monica Stan spent nearly 2 decades teaching elementary school before making a transition into the world of home improvement. Her ability to educate translates well in her sales position, as she is articulate and detailed with every homeowner. This position has given her the freedom to focus more on her family which includes her three beautiful children. She has also played a critical role in assisting with production and administrative duties. We are pleased to have her as a member of our team.
Roy Richards is a valued member of our sales team and also doubles as a key production assistant. He is always ready and willing to go the extra distance for anyone around him, a rare quality in a person. Roy is a skilled laborer with a background in construction and landscaping. We are truly delighted to have Roy on the team!
Trisha Gama is an alumni of The Ohio State University with a degree in fashion merchandising. Her creativity shines in her work and she helped create a fun culture in our office. Trisha loves to work face to face with our homeowners and is a valuable asses to our mission of excellent customer service and experience. We are lucky to have her on our team.
