TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Bristlewood Roofing and Siding will try to accommodate all clients to their desired time and date, however, these may vary.
Bristlewood Roofing and Siding is permitted to service the property on their own accord without someone present however, they will be notified of a prior to date of arrival.
Roof must be 5000 sf or less, anything greater will require a custom package.
Houses with gutter protection will be cleaned on the outside surface only (Not inside gutters).
Properties with a roof pitch greater than 8/12 will require a custom package, roof must be generally walkable.
Roof Repairs are limited to caulking and cleaning. Assessment of any additional concerns will be brought to the attention of the property owner or client.
Roofs must be generally free of moss buildup.
Debris will be distributed throughout the landscape of the property. Please ask how we can help remove debris if desired.
Contract is good for one calendar year.
Any repairs done under the Grand package will be done with materials to best match existing materials by size and color.
Clients can end service , however, will forfeit any fees previously paid for that calendar year.
Clients can continue service package on an annual basis for advertised price.
